Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection Foundation

From the outset, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection Foundation, dedicated to the conservation, study, exhibit and dissemination of the works of art of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, has fulfilled its commitment to transparency as a public sector institution, publishing its yearly audited accounts in the official government gazette (‘Boletín Oficial del Estado’). But new demands from citizens for access to information, and the growing social significance of our work, mean that we now
need to go further. Henceforth, the Foundation will increase transparency to the highest degree by publishing the curricula and salaries of its senior managers, contract-related information and full financial information, including budgets, year-end and monitoring reports.
